Matcha for Retail Shops
Matcha for your shelves with a story your customers can ask about, sourced direct from the farms in Japan.
I started One with Tea because I couldn't find a matcha supplier I actually trusted. Every time I asked for lab results or sourcing details, I got vague answers or silence. So I went to Japan myself.
I'm Christian, founder of One with Tea. You get one point of contact from order to delivery.

Two ways in
Resell our matcha, or put your own name on it. Both start with the same quote request.
Resell ours
Resale is on inquiry, and every term is written into your quote.
We import in small, frequent batches to keep everything as fresh as possible, and I personally verify growing conditions every season.
Your own label
Private label is a 45 kg run with your labels front and back. It usually uses Ceremonial, with the grade confirmed in the quote.
The terms live on their own page: private label matcha.
The fine print
How a quote works
- Your quantities, grades and resale terms are set in your quote.
- Your written quote holds for 21 days.
- Quote requests are open to US businesses only.
Tell me which grades you'd like to stock on the form. The four grades are Latte Grade (Organic), Ceremonial (Organic), Superior and Royal, and what fits your shelf is settled in the quote. Latte Grade and Ceremonial are USDA Organic; Superior and Royal are our premium Uji ceremonial grades, not organic certified, with availability and lead time confirmed in your quote. Latte Grade is 100% organic matcha, nothing else: no sugar, no creamer, not a premix.

The shelf story
When a customer at your shelf asks about the matcha, this is the story you get to tell.
I've walked through tea gardens in all five of Japan's top producing regions. Each one has a character of its own, and I want you to know exactly where your product comes from.
Already stocking a matcha from a distributor? When you buy through a broker, you're trusting a middleman's word on quality. When you buy from us, you're buying from someone who stood in the field where your tea was grown. The longer version is in distributor vs direct from a producer.
I spent months visiting farms across Uji, Nishio, Shizuoka, Kagoshima, and Miyazaki, meeting the people who grow the tea, watching the stone-milling process, and documenting everything on film. The film is in the edit now, and the trailer and the release waitlist are on our documentary page.
- CertifiedUSDA Organic through QCS for Latte Grade and Ceremonial. Our producers hold JAS, and imports run under NOP import certificates.
- Lab testedHeavy metals, pesticides, microbes and radiation. Our lab results page explains what each screen tests for, and the reports themselves come on request.
- Our standardOur certifications are legal standards we uphold with every shipment, not marketing copy.
Quick answers
Why aren't prices listed?
Raw matcha keeps repricing, so prices stay off this page. Submit the form and my current price sheet opens right away.
Can I resell your matcha in my shop?
Yes. Resale is quoted shop by shop, so the minimum and the resale terms come in your quote rather than on this page. Tell me on the form which grades you'd stock and roughly how much.
Can I sell it under my own brand?
Yes, through private label, with your labels front and back. Private label matcha has its own page and terms.
Is your matcha organic?
Latte Grade and Ceremonial are USDA Organic through QCS, and our producers hold JAS. Superior and Royal are not organic certified. On a private label run, the organic seal goes on your label only if your own business is organic certified.
Can I taste it before I stock it?
Yes. Samples are available on request: ask for them when I reply, and the sample terms come with your quote.
What happens after I submit the form?
I read every quote request myself. Your written quote follows within 2 business days and holds for 21 days.
