I'm Christian, the founder. I started One with Tea because I couldn't find a matcha supplier I actually trusted. So I went to Japan myself. A private label run is how that work ends up under your name.

How it works
- Quote request. Fill in the form on our wholesale page. Want to taste first? Ask for samples when I reply.
- Written quote. It follows within 2 business days and holds for 21 days.
- Deposit. 50% reserves your quantity.
- Your artwork. You send print-ready files for the front and back labels.
- Production. 4 to 6 weeks from deposit and artwork approval to shipment-ready.
- Balance. The other half is due before shipment.
- Transit. We ship your run from Japan. Transit is quoted on top of the run. You are the importer of record, so you or your customs broker clear customs and pay duty.

You own the brand. We handle the matcha, from the farm to a sealed, labeled pouch.
You bring
Print-ready label artwork, front and back. No artwork yet? Label design is available, quoted separately.
We do
We source the matcha, then pack, label and ship your run.
A one-time setup charge covers the plates and artwork setup, and the run itself is priced in your quote.

- Other grades
- Latte Grade (Organic) is USDA Organic too. Superior and Royal, our premium Uji ceremonial grades, are not organic certified, and your quote covers their availability and lead time.

- Aluminum, nitrogen-flushed and heat-sealed
- Sizes
- 60 g or 30 g, your choice per run
- Shelf life
- 2 years from packing, unopened and stored cool
- Labels
- Yours, printed from your artwork.
- Organic seal
- The seal on your own label needs your own organic certification.
Where it grows
I spent months visiting farms across Uji, Nishio, Shizuoka, Kagoshima, and Miyazaki, meeting the people who grow the tea, watching the stone-milling process, and documenting everything on film.
When you buy through a broker, you're trusting a middleman's word on quality. When you buy from us, you're buying from someone who stood in the field where your tea was grown.

The matcha is lab tested for heavy metals, pesticides and microbes, with radiation screening described on our lab results page. Results are available on request.
Ceremonial and Latte Grade are USDA Organic, certified by QCS, and our producers hold JAS.
Our certifications are legal standards we uphold with every shipment, not marketing copy.

Can I taste the matcha before a run?
Yes. Samples are available on request. Sample terms come with your quote.
Can my label carry the USDA Organic seal?
Only with your own organic certification. The matcha is USDA Organic when your run uses Ceremonial or Latte Grade, but that certificate covers our matcha, not your brand. Your business needs its own to print the seal or an organic claim.
How do payment and the quote work?
A 50% deposit reserves your quantity and the balance is due before shipment. Your written quote follows within 2 business days and holds for 21 days, because raw matcha keeps repricing. Submit the form and my current price sheet opens right away.
Is white label the same as private label here?
Yes. It is the same run: our matcha, your labels front and back.
