π΅ Matcha Brewing Instructions
- πΏ Sift 2 tsp (4-5g) of matcha into a bowl or cup to prevent clumping.
- π§ Add a small amount of hot water (2 oz / 60ml at 160β175Β°F or 70β80Β°C).
- π Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy.
- π₯ Optional: Add 6β8 oz (180β240ml) of warm or frothed milk (dairy or plant-based).
- π― Sweeten if desired and enjoy immediately.

π Sencha Brewing Instructions
- π₯ Heat water to 160β175Β°F (70β80Β°C).
- π§ Add 2 tsp (4-5g) of tea per 6 oz (180ml) of water.
- β° Steep for 60β90 seconds.
- πΏ Strain & enjoy.
- π Optional: Re-steep 2β3 times, increasing the steep time slightly.

πΎ Genmaicha Brewing Instructions
- π₯ Heat water to 175Β°F (80Β°C).
- π§ Add 2 tsp (4-5g) of tea per 6 oz (180ml) of water.
- β° Steep for 1.5β2 minutes.
- π Stir gently before pouring to mix the matcha.
- πΏ Strain & enjoy.
- π Optional: Re-steep once, increasing steep time slightly.

π HΕjicha Brewing Instructions
- πΏ Sift 2 tsp (4-5g) of hojicha powder into a cup or bowl.
- π§ Add 2 oz (60ml) of hot water (175Β°F / 80Β°C).
- π Whisk until smooth.
- π₯ Optional: Add 6β8 oz (180β240ml) of warm or frothed milk for a latte.
