🍵 Matcha Brewing Instructions
- 🌿 Sift 2 tsp (4-5g) of matcha into a bowl or cup to prevent clumping.
- 💧 Add a small amount of hot water (2 oz / 60ml at 160–175°F or 70–80°C).
- 🌀 Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy.
- 🥛 Optional: Add 6–8 oz (180–240ml) of warm or frothed milk (dairy or plant-based).
- 🍯 Sweeten if desired and enjoy immediately.

🍃 Sencha Brewing Instructions
- 🔥 Heat water to 160–175°F (70–80°C).
- 💧 Add 2 tsp (4-5g) of tea per 6 oz (180ml) of water.
- ⏰ Steep for 60–90 seconds.
- 🌿 Strain & enjoy.
- 🔄 Optional: Re-steep 2–3 times, increasing the steep time slightly.

🌾 Genmaicha Brewing Instructions
- 🔥 Heat water to 175°F (80°C).
- 💧 Add 2 tsp (4-5g) of tea per 6 oz (180ml) of water.
- ⏰ Steep for 1.5–2 minutes.
- 🌀 Stir gently before pouring to mix the matcha.
- 🌿 Strain & enjoy.
- 🔄 Optional: Re-steep once, increasing steep time slightly.

🍂 Hōjicha Brewing Instructions
- 🌿 Sift 2 tsp (4-5g) of hojicha powder into a cup or bowl.
- 💧 Add 2 oz (60ml) of hot water (175°F / 80°C).
- 🌀 Whisk until smooth.
- 🥛 Optional: Add 6–8 oz (180–240ml) of warm or frothed milk for a latte.
- 🍯 Sweeten if desired and enjoy immediately.
